Great Book to add to a School Counselor’s Library

I have had this book for about three weeks now and enjoy reading it with the children at my school. I am a school counselor and this book has a lot of themes in it which I find very appropriate for my student customers. So far, my students have given this book a “10 out of 10” and “1000 Thumbs Up”!

Inspiring message of purpose

If words of affirmation to a child is indeed like water to a plant then this is a book for every child in your life who would appreciate your affirmation. My 7 year old son enjoyed this book and as he read parts to me he was quick to remind me of all the fun facts he already knew about insects. We are looking forward to Zulu’s journey. The glossary with the phonetic pronunciation of names was a pleasant surprise. This book makes a great gift.

Just received this book today. My son couldn’t put it down. He loved the premise and related to Zulu. He is excited for the next book to see what Zulu will do as a dung beetle!!! We couldn’t recommend this book more!!!

Everyone Is Unique! I thought this was a lovely story. Often times we compare ourselves to others, and not until we are much older...and wiser, do we come to understand we too are special in our own way. I love how the author uses a humble little dung beetle as the main character. So happy to see books written like this that teach children at a very young age...that they are special too...just the way God made them, with a purpose as well. Nicely done! I look forward to seeing what comes next!

Beta Reader discovering yourself

I originally read this book from my beta reader services. I was so excited to see that it was published. It is a great story about discovering who you are and being happy with that. I love that it teaches a lesson in a fun and educational way. I look forward to more in this series!
